Email list cleaner free
Paste a list or drop a CSV from your LMS. Typos such as gmial.com and gmail.co are fixed, duplicates and bad addresses are taken out, and you download a clean file with all your other columns intact. Nothing is uploaded.

Fewer bounces
Every bounce tells Gmail and Yahoo that a sender is careless. Fixing gmail.co before you send keeps the bounce rate low and the inbox placement high.
Leads you would have lost
A lead who typed gmial.com on a form still wants to hear from you. The cleaner turns that address back into one that works.
Private by design
Customer lists never leave your computer. The work happens in the browser tab, and the downloads are made on your device.
What each status means
- Fixed: the domain had a well-known typo and was corrected.
- Duplicate: the same address appeared earlier in the list; the first one is kept.
- Invalid: not a usable address, for example a missing @ or a space in the middle.
- Role: a shared inbox like info@ or sales@. Kept unless you switch it off.
- Disposable: a temporary inbox that stops working within hours.
Next step: turn your campaign creative into an email with the Email Composer, or see how Cortex Mail keeps lists clean on its own by stopping bounced and complaining addresses after every send.
Frequently asked questions
Is my list uploaded?
No. The cleaner runs in your browser. The list never leaves your computer, so it is safe for customer data.
Which typos does it fix on its own?
Well-known misspellings of the big inbox providers, such as gmial.com, gmail.co, gmail.con, yaho.com, hotmial.com and rediffmal.com, plus endings like .con and .cmo. Less certain matches are listed as suggestions for you to accept.
Does it check that a mailbox exists?
No. It checks the format and the domain spelling. Whether a mailbox exists is learned when you send: the provider reports a bounce, and a good sending tool stops mailing that address.
Why remove role addresses like info@ or sales@?
They are shared inboxes, often not a person who asked for your email, and they complain more. Removing them is optional; the switch is off by default.
Can I keep my other columns?
Yes. Paste or drop a CSV with a column named email. The cleaned download keeps every column and only changes the email cell; the second download adds a status, the original email and the reason.
